2001 F150 SuperCrew. Purchased new in 2000. Giving it to junior when he turns 16 in December. Just added a Tough Country 2 1/2" leveling kit, 20" ProComps, and Nitto Grappler AT 305/55r20s.

New to the forum. Need to learn a little about maintenance. Went to get an alignment after the leveling kit install and shop says I need new ball joints. I don't feel any slack when I shake at 9-3 or 6-12. No noises. I think I am getting a second opinion.

Lift the truck by the frame, grab the tire, and move it up and down/side to side. Imagine making a motion as if you were pedaling a bike. There should be zero play or movement. Btw, message me if you ever want to get rid of That wheel and tire package

My 03 f-150, Im about to get new spyder halos and new blacked out taillights. eventually a small 3 inch lift and larger tires.
