Sweet looking rides, Wayne! I'm kinda sad they're "past" trucks. I've been thinking about doing the 3" body on top of my 6" Zone. Any pro's and con's?

My 3" body lift makes the truck much easier to work on,only con is I don't have gap guards on mine

Ever thought about making some? Some thin sheet metal, a cutting wheel and some self tappers is all you should need. Use some cardboard for a template and paint or under coat the final product for a finished look. I think I will do the body lift, but first I've gotta get gears.

The red truck took 1st place in the New Orleans 2004 World of Wheels. 2 months later a drunk driver ran a stop side and I T-Boned him doing about 45mph.

The white truck had a 2003 Lightning motor pushing 331RWHP/411RWTQ and ran 14.56s @ 91MPH in the 1320. It has a 13sec pass in it but sold it before working more on the tune.

As far as the body lift goes. It makes working on the truck ALOT easier. Just make sure the bolts are tight tight and if you can weld the bed supports to the bottom of the bed vs bolting them. And get or make gap guards!!
Only buy a PA kit!

Man I remember seeing that white truck around when I first got my truck and it's what made me want a Harley grille lol but being a high school kid with no money a lightning one painted like one did the trick

If I were to do it I'd definitely be grabbing some garden liner. It's a cheap simple thing that'll make the BL disappear. These trucks are one of the few that can pull off a body lift
