That doesn't work on our trucks. Mine is the rough country, but the only reason I got it was because Supercrews tend to have a problem getting level on stock keys. You should be able to get it leveled to 24 and 1/4 in without keys.

Do you have a 2wd or 4wd. Rough country has tortion keys for 99 bucks for my 4wd

Are there any downsides to torsion keys? What is best for our trucks?

downsides are that they cost money and they allow you to overcrank them and cause front end wear then failure.

cranking your stock ones is free minus the alignment you'll need(you'll need one either way) and they wont let you over crank them. if its 24.25" from the center of the wheel hub to the lip of the fender.

So when I go in to get it aligned, I could have them do that and it won't cause front end wear?

You can level it on your own and have them align it later. All you need is a jack and a wrench
