That's exactly what I thought. The nerf bars will be replaced as well with something a little less umm big. Too much time inbetween now and then to worry about witch ones im going to get...

Default Help problem choosing.

I found a 2003 f150 7700 83000 miles and a 2004 F150 xlt 102000 miles. 7700 is two thousand cheaper, but has a oil leak (not dripping real wet) around engine pan and along the transmission cooler line. Xlt has winter tires mounted but extra (steel rims) that will need summer tires for now extra $. 90 day powertrain on each. same condition.xlt has new struts on front.

Which would you choose or just continue looking for lower miles.

I still think it should have been a 6 lug, and called an F-150 super duty instead of F-250 light duty lol it'd be less confusing to people since they're more F-150 than 250

100% agree with that. Just a different tranny, heavier suspension, and sits a little higher. not sure about this but doesn't it have different frame rails too?
A kid I played high school baseball with his dad had one and I didn't know they existed at the time and it for sure threw me for a loop when he showed me the badges haha
