Lol jk, but damn that thing is looking clean. I love how the front end looks with the matching gold/tan piaa valance. That along with the shiny wheels, makes that thing look and sit damn good.

Looks like a previous owner of your truck swapped your 99-03 bumper for a 97/98 4x4 bumper

Nope - that was me. When I got the truck the front bumper was nearly folded in half from PO striking a pole, so I grabbed this one for $40. I noticed it doesn't fit properly at the top, or sides but it looks way better than the other one

Ah okay gotcha. Yeah that bumper is off a 97/98, not correct one for your truck, which is why you've experienced it not fitting correctly.

But hey, for $40 it's better than nothing. It'll get the job done until you decide to get a replacement 99-03 bumper to put back onto it.

Great! The older bumpers have a much better look IMO, -a truck bumper vs that plastic stuff. If you decide you like it, you can get the other pieces which will make it fit like a glove. Most guys here are into the plastic look, so they might not let you in on that info if needed lol.
