That's exactly what happened. The cheap *** bulbs they used in them caused some bad heat damage. Along with the wreck angling the bumper up, and having the water sit in there for so long... it did a real good number on it.

How's it...kinda new to the forum, had an account made for a while, finally trying to use it. So heres my truck. 1998 4.6L 5 inch rcx lift and 2 inch body. running 315's. Hope ya like it.

Wow, I remember when my truck looked that clean. Right after I purchased it new and before the winter of 99 in Michigan.

Very clean! I like how you color matched the steps. Looks as if you did some type of heat shield by the pipes. What did you use for that?
