This is my 1997 XLT 4.6 Triton, bought it used about a year ago. The driver side fender was dark gray and was not painted, I am in the process of spray painting it now. This is after about six coats and sanding it. All I have left is to spray a couple coats of clear protectant then wax. For my first time I think it is turning out well! Also, saving me a few hundred bucks in the process! Very nice trucks up here guys, I see why they're the best selling trucks in the USA! Ford tough!
