I've got a bunch of poster worth pics but I'm waiting on getting around to it lol
Wasn't trying to sound rude I know several people who said the v10 image was almost the same as the v8
See my point exactly. Need the capability just not routinely enough for a diesel
I would love to be able to find a 7.3 without super high mileage. That was the truck of my dreams. Funny thing is I wanted a crew cab, short bed F250 with the 7.3 and wound up buying a black Scab long bed with the 6.8, talk about total opposite ends of the spectrum, lol.
You owned my dream truck. -___-
And quite frankly are driving my realistic dream truck lol
Here we go with the bash the gasser praise the diesel discussion again.
The guy said he wanted a F250 with a 5.4 in it, my point was why settle for a 5.4 when the 6.8 has way more power and the same MPG.
Yeah, diesels are great, if you haul on a daily basis and have the money for it. Mine was used on a farm where we might tow a trailer 2 times a month, not worth the maintenance and extra cost up front for a diesel, not to mention that diesel is so friggin expensive now.

Really depends on the type of snow I guess and how much drag there is. This was about 2-3 feet of fluffy/wet stuff so it wasn't too bad... just wet snow I likely would have got stuck
