It's different with every truck. There is no exact number of turns to level your truck just turn it as many times as you like, drive it for like 10 minutes then measure to see if it's at the height you want. If not then adjust and do it again. Get an alignment after you have it where you want it

I stand corrected. Sorry. When I did it on a friends truck it took 5 rotations I assumed it would be the same.

Gotta do ball joints and tie rod ends soon anyway, ill do it all at the same time. Haha. Thanks though, but since I bought my tires at a local shop, they give free alignments if you bought their tires. So its a good deal
