5" RCX suspension lift, 4.5" rear block, add-a-leaf, rcx torsion keys and cranked, 3" body, 17x9.5 fuel hostage rims with 41x14.50" Super Swamper IROKS radials, edge programer, k&n intake, the hood is fiberglass dual ram air i bought it off craigslist for $100 and had it painted to match i couldnt tell you who makes it. I plan on buying 4.88 gears by spring and maybe a procharger or supercharger havent decided which one yet. Also want to get an Iron Bull bumper too.

Thanks! Yeah there is a carpet back there.
I'm not sure on the bed extender...it was there when I got it. Its a really nice one, pivots in the middle and locks into whatever position its in...extended or in.
And by pivots I mean it like flips up over the pivot point to outside the bed.
