my so far stock 01
I'm kind of embarrassed putting any pix of my plain stock 01 4x4 in after seeing some the trucks you guys have & all you've done, wow.of course i just got it , & am coming from a stock 96 Bronco-94000 mi.(needed a pick up) not sure which way to go yet as far as customizing. I've got a few naive questions.if i don't ask ill never know. So please bear with me.Now they call mine an extended cab,is that correct? if so please tell me what makes a F150 either a extended cab -super cab or a crew cab.i thought the (full) 4 door was the super cab & i'm not sure what a crew cab is then, I've seen ones like mine called super cabs but thought it was an extended cab ????? or is it a single cab?? Also this 4.6l engine deal what there's two 4,6l engines & ones a little larger than the other,my question is how do i tell which engine i have, again i'm used to a 351 Windsor motor with the bronco there were 2 v8 engines but they both weren't called 351's,so i,m confused???? a tire question how high and how wide a tire can i put on my F150 without a lift kit?It has 17" stock tires now. I would just don't like mine looking like 1000 other white F150's i see every time i turn around but cant afford to get it all tricked out,i'm redoing a 1978 Hi-Lo camper and would like nothing more than the F150 to take the Hi-Lo on its maiden voyage. Which brings me to another question,i've read here that some say my 4.6l Triton v8 will only pull a camper the size of mine on flat ground ,not in the hills, but on my factory installed tow package the hitch says 500 lb. tongue weight and 5000 lb trailer weight and that exactly the weight of my Hi-Lo? I figure why would the factory put something on a truck if it wasn't capable of the job,am i right or are they. Sorry I've been dying to ask these questions.Oh and my F150 came with 108533 mi.Now get this ,they wanted $10,490 but were running a weekly special for $8,250 and i got it & they put it fully on the road for me tax included for $3,165.75 cold hard cash. quit a mark up aee. Car dealers and their commission .Boy i tell ya.Like the saying goes - cash talks all else walks.I'm hoping another saying wont ring true-if it seems to good to be true, well you know the rest.

Got any close up pics of your emblems? And how did you paint them and get just the letter green? I tried doing this to my emblems but different color combination and it never came out good.. Or atleast not my ocd on it lol.

I washed her at work today. I haven't taken any pictures by the sign at work so here is one.
I also installed my Raptor lights in the grille today. I will post pictures of them after dark.
