Secret interior compartments in these 97-03 trucks?????
Hey guys i normally have my little stash of money that just for me and that the wife doesn't know about. I was keeping it in one of the little compartments in my wallet but my wife started getting suspicious as to why my wallet is look fatter i normally just tell her its cuz of business cards. Last night i found her looking through my wallet luckily i didn't give her a chance to find my $$. In my 09 gmc sierra i had acouple of hiding secret spots. Now that my wife is driving the gmc i had to take it out and i have been through my 1999 f150 scab with bench seats acouple times and i cant seem to find any good places to hide it.
I was wondering if yall know of any good secret compartment or how to make one??????
Lets see yours!!!!!!!

Under the passenger seat, there is a bottle jack (or a place where one could be), I'd put it there, or make a place under the dash. OOOORRR, if you are fealing risky, get a hide-a-key, and put the money in there. I barley trust my spare key in there, I have it duct taped, and held on with strings, along with the magnets. Another, more complicated option would be to create a false bottom in the center console.

I'd suggest that you spend the money on marriage counseling... If you and your wife are hiding things from each other then you likely are going to have problems down the road.

There's two.
1. You can almost do this by hand, a putty knife would allow quicker access. Top of the dash, that oval panel pops right out revealing an excellent spot.
2. Open the glove box, - don't look inside, look to the right, - right beside the box. I couldn't find mt scanner once, - guess where it was.
That's the only two I trust. Make sure you erase your history and cookies after reading this or she'll be following up, right behind.

If you have the 60/40 bench seat open the console and look in the lid. Mine has an indent in the middle of it where you can slide something. I think someone would find money if they were really looking but if you put a black piece of plastic or piece of bag or something in front the opening i think it would be hard to find.
Also i get what ur saying lol. My parents do that all the time. They're not worried about each other spending money they just want cash and steal each others. Btw idk if this would work with ur wife but my mom hid her money the back of my Dads sock drawer. It took him a few months to find it lol.
