Drive Truck to warm it up to operating temperature
pull brake booster vacuum hose
suck 1/3 can of Seafoam into vacuum hose and shut off engine right before you're done sucking it all down.

pour 1/3 can into gas tank, I would do this with low fuel otherwise it would dilute it too much to do anything IMO

Start up engine and enjoy the smoke show... drive it around a bit to make sure you get all the crap out... and pretend you're speed racer with a smoke screen behind you

IF you want to do crankcase, pour the last 1/3 into crank case drive truck for 10-20 miles then do an oil change... or two. The crank case one makes me nervous, I've only done it on an old Jeep I bought and it gave me three of the nastiest oil changes I've ever done.

Never thought of seafoam for the crank, but on my old jeep I used to do the same thing but with a quart of diesel instead. After draining I would fill 3/4 with cheap oil and run it for a few then drain it and let it drip for an hour or so. Seemed to work out fairly well...

This but buy 2 cans, 1 full can in the gas tank, half a can in the crank case and the rest in the vacuum hose. You might need some one to play with the throttle since it will want to die when its sucking it up. once you have 1/4 or so of a can dump the rest in and let the truck stall out. Make sure your change your oil after 100 miles if you dump it in the crank case. I did this on my old z28 and need to do the truck soon.

The above directions are right, but i'd second on using two cans. one fully in the gas tank and then 1/2 for crankcase and 1/2 for vacuum hose.

Mys gf's grandfather did this quite often to my gf's truck since day one. A few weeks ago I spent all day cleaning crap out of the intake and EGR tube(EGR is also shot) so dont waste your time.
