just pull intake from TB and pour half the bottle in then turn engine over just for a second dont let it start, just enough so that all cylinders cycle a couple times to pull seafoam in, then let it sit for 15-30 mins, this will give it time to clean valves, intake manifold and cylinder walls, then fire it up and let it run for a mbit, yes it will smoke for a bit till it burns off, but it works wonders, i do it atleast twice a year and then i put other half of bottle in oil.

i have my wife in drivers seat and i pull intake off and just pour it down there wait just second and have her shut it off, before i put it in i put first half in oil so i have exactly half left so i dont have to guess at it
