When I changed the plugs in my 2007 5.4 I went with Autolite Single Platinum, I'm going to do the same here unless someone chimes in. Out the door it's under $7 for plug and COP.

Autolites are fine. Motorcraft is always good too. Get new cop boots, doesn't matter on brand. Use dielectric grease. Torque plugs to 28ft pounds without anti seize. They are known to blow out at the recommended 13ft pounds.
Have fun on the cop bolt on #7 and the plug in #8. They are tricky. Use a wrench for 7 cop bolt or a swivel socket.

I only changed Cylinder #5 since that's where my misfire was. It was a fairly simple swap. There was water in the boot, causing the miss. The plug looked okay but the COP looked awful. The black turned to brown and the spring was rusted. Trucks runs great again and I'm fairly certain I corrected my issue.
