Default Running lean, what to look at first?

I'm running lean in both banks,I cleaned my MAF and it idles much smoother, but after a week and lots of driving the light is still on and it's still driving a little off, drinking gas like crazy too.

Have you looked around for vacuum leaks?

Read this:

http://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/for...d-p0174-page-1

CAUSE 1: PCV Tube's rubber elbow (where it connects to the Intake Manifold) is torn open and causing a major Vacuum Leak.
CAUSE 2: Intake Manifold Gaskets that are leaking Vacuum.
CAUSE 3: Fuel Pump that's going BAD, but hasn't completely fried yet.
CAUSE 4: A dirty (contaminated) MAF Sensor.
CAUSE 5: An exhaust leak right before the pre-Catalytic Converter Oxygen Sensors.
CAUSE 6: BAD pre-Catalytic Converter Oxygen Sensor.

My guess would be intake manifold gaskets or throttle body gaskets

Man go to ford and replace the pcv valve and hose it literally causes 80 percent of the lean codes on these trucks. Plus it's under 20 bucks and in stock. It's gonna be something affecting both banks. Like extremely stopped up fuel filter vacume leak of mas intake gasket leak would only cause 1 side

PCV valve/hose was replaced a week after I bought the truck, the previous owner said that's why the CEL was on but it never went off until my battery crapped out on me.

I have the same problem with the same codes. Rims real rough at idle but driving it's fine. I think it might be my exhaust leak
