I'll re-play the broken record...just give it a little heat. Take a long drill bit, appropriate size (little smaller), get it cherry red, stick it down in the chamber, heat the insert. Steel and aluminum dissimilar corrosion breaks right down. Then EZ-out.

Gotcha. I have just the thing.

Bought a pair of 3' long drill bits for a random task around the house.
Stupid things are not cut all the way up, just the first 4", so guess what, once you drill in 8" it jams up because there's nowhere for the wood chunks to exit.

Drill a lil bit, pucker and blow, repeat, repeat, repeat.

Yes, FAIL defined for sure.

Well, hopefully escodsm will succeed with one of these attempts. Without dropping anything into the cylinder. I'd bring #7 to TDC before attempting anything and blow dry the piston with compressed air. That way you can clean it out once through.

So, something in the cylinder like a pencil, hand turn crank so the pencil is as far up as possible (therefore piston is at top)?

There is bound to be shiz in the cylinder when i'm done....shards of plug threads etc.

I'm less worried about aluminum bits, I have a magnet I can put down there to hopefully snag any steel. Also rigged up a small diameter hose to a Dyson vac, plan on sticking that in and sucking everything...I'll remember to have it pucker first lol
