You could get a set of raptor running boards and modify them to fit

Here are my sliders I built for my truck a couple months ago... I designed them to gain a couple inches of clearance over the factory running boards, yet still be fully functional as a step to get in. I also made them to stick out just far enough that almost any car door, rogue shopping cart, etc. will hit the slider before the truck. They bolt to the frame and are fully functional offroad protection as well. Let me know what you think I may start to offer something like this in the not too distant future for sale....
