Restore 2001 F150
I am original owner of 2001 SuperCrew 2wd. It has 98,000 miles and runs just fine.
I live in Western New York State where rough winters and road salt has had its way with my trucks frame, rocker panels. The strut supporting the radiator is rust-shot and broken.
The rest of the frame is very rusty but stable.
I am fond of the truck, use it sparingly three seasons to haul horse, boat, brush. I put 6000 miles a year.
I want to refresh, restore the truck. Can you recommend a "punch list" to guide my inspection/evaluation to determine what must be fixed, what probably will want fixed. I want a systematic guide to judge the price and feasibility of the fixes. Work will be done by the shop

I'd follow this guy's post, he's doing what you described.
