replace or reuse
 

I am replacing the 5.4 in my 1999 F250 with 212K miles with a Jasper reman, I am trying to decide should I replace the intake manifolds or reuse my old ones, thanks for your input

If it's aluminum reuse it, if plastic I would replace it. I'm talking about the upper manifold.

You say "intake manifolds" (plural), but there is only one. :huh:
In '99, it should be aluminum, and there is absolutely no reason to replace it, as JCR stated.
