Go to Napa, Autzone, Carquest, Orilleys, even Amazon and get yourself a Chiltons or a Hanes manual... They will tell you step by step how to replace anything on your truck, with more pictures and detail than any of us would be able to muster up on our couches.
Not trying to be rude, but the only thing I can tell you is to replace the condenser, evaporator, compressor, lines, seals, etc.
The best advice I can give you is if your replacing EVERY part is familiarize yourself with AC parts, take them out of the truck, put them on the floor and replace what you took out with new parts. You said you have help with evacuating the system and that's the only hard part really... Sometimes you just gotta look at it and figure it out.

Recover refrigerant
Dissassemble
Install new condenser, evap, hoses, accumulator/drier, expansion tube, etc
Insure new compressor has oil charge, install it
Pull vacuum, hold overnight to check for leaks
Jump low pres switch so compressor runs, recharge with right weight of refrigerant
