Default Aggressive but smooth riding tires?

Me and my pops need some advice on tires I'm thinkin leveling kits with 33 to 35s but he don't like the idea because it would mess up the "smoothness" of the ride. Anybody know good tires that look aggressive but ride like stock (even though that's impossible)

If you are gonna get 35's, you better beef up your steering and stabilizing..... jus' sayin.
Lots of guys jack'm up and throw on beefy tires that weigh a ton not realizing the truck was not designed that way.
Just passed a guy two days ago with his front right tire popped off sideways.... cheap jack job too.
Myself I am in the process of tire ordering, but on a fixed income I can only order one at a time The tires I have on currently would cost $230 bucks each to replace...
I'm ordering from a local Walmart (free shipping to store)
I ordered this one... looks to fit the bill as far as semi off road and not too harsh for street..

I was running Cooper ATR'x but they were really noisy. I found a set of Nokian Hakkapelleta 7's and installed them. They were 265/70R17's. Talk about a great ride. No sound coming into the cab from the road now. Took me 15 minutes to destud them, but it was worth it. I have run numerous brands over the years, with older Tiger Paws and Firestones being the most comfortable. These Nokian's are heads above the Coopers and any Firestones I've owned. I've had good BFG's but never good Goodyears. What one person likes, another may despise. I was just giving you some ideas from my experiences. Good luck on your choice.

Currently have cooper at3 in lt28570r17.
Very happy with road noise and wear. No discernable wear at 15000 mi
Much quieter than bfg at ko. Had several sets of those in past. And cheaper.

With a rebate card, got them for $800. Beats $1200 Ive paid for BFG before, and the BFG really isnt that great a tire.

Wide aggressive lugs = noise and highway whine.

I would go with the Toyo A/T's or Good year Duratracs.

I had 33" Toyo A/T's and it still rode like it did on stock highway tires even though those were 245's lol. If you want a nice smooth ride, don't get 35's. You'll have to trim your truck and even then you'll rub unless you get a lift but at that point you stiffen up the suspension.

In all honesty, it is more where you drive than an actual tire, per se. Here in AK we use a weird asphalt mix, using AK crude oil, and it wears quickly, giving about any tire a rumbling sound on the highway. A new repaving job was just done, and I took my Mustang, which are always loud inside, and hit the new asphalt and there was absolutely no sound. The second I hit the old stuff, noise again. I run Evo's on my Mustang, and love the ride and handling, but the noise is a bit loud at times.

I drove a new Camaro the other day, and it was even louder inside than my 07 Mustang. When we hit the new pavement it went silent inside. I'll have to blame most of the interior noise on the roads, more than the tires anymore.

PS; hated the new Camaro. I couldn't see anything out of the right side. Now I know why they aren't selling, besides the high price they want. I found a 2013 I saw the other day on a lot. It is a 5,0 GT in Grabber Blue. Just might have to pull the string.

My G2s are really smooth riding but thats about it for the pros. Theyre heavy and not really aggressive looking.

Running 295/70/18 st maxx here. Smoother than my oem tired, epically at 70 mph and above. Noise varies by type of pavement but slightly louder than wind noise, I can still hear the wind. Approx 25k and have user in every type of surface but sand
