Default Rear end squeak, need help soon!

I have a 2003 ford f150 4x4 and when I go from a stop it's squeaking from the rear axle area and it increases with speed until around 30 ish and then isn't noticeable, it doesn't squeak when decelerating. It does it after I drive a couple of miles and everything gets Warmed up. Any clue on what it could be? I'm thinking a u joint, correct me if I'm wrong. Any input is greatly appreciated.
