Default rear end noise at take off

After driving for awhile my 2003 F150, you will come to a stop. When you go and accelerate there is a whirling sound that comes from the back. once you get going it goes away. Anybody have this problem

Check your rear differential fluid as it may be low. If it's been changed recently may need to add some friction modifier.

I had it checked it us dirty but full. Do you think by changing it will fix the problem?

I'm not expert but that's where I'd start. make sure if you have a limited slip differential (usually H9 axle code) that you use friction modifier.
