Rear Bumper

The chrome on my rear bumber is pealing off. Anyone have suggestions on what to do do to restore the bumber? I've heard alot of people Plasti Dip there bumber? If So where would I get Plasti Dip? Does it come in Spray cans? Please give me suggestions on what to do.
