Default Random fast crank, then start

I have an 03 with the 4.6. It has 150k miles on it. Sometimes it randomly turns over very fast for about 3 seconds before starting up. Everything runs fine after it starts. This happens maybe 10% of the time that I start it and it doesn't seem to have any pattern.

Any ideas on what it could be? I've head maybe a bad injector o-ring?

Spark plugs. Could be a slow fuel pump.

What do you mean by a slow fuel pump? It's very sporadic so I'm sure how to go about testing that.

It’s not push button or remote start. It’s turn key but it’s doing same as you described

These random long cranks are often variation in the fuel pressure. I would start with that.
