2003 F150 Sport V6 5 speed

My battery died on my truck a few months back so I just replaced it. After replacing the battery, my radio decided it no longer wanted to work. I've checked the fuses under the steering wheel and under the hood and everything seems fine, but I'd appreciate any help. Maybe a certain fuse to recheck, or something I'm overlooking?
