Well I have 207k on the clock. It runs amazing tho. I know the rods and pistons are the main issues with these issues when pushing 400whp. I haven't heard about the 2vs blowing from many other things if you have a good tune and all. I don't want to spend more than I have to,what ya think about forged rods and pistons? I was looking at a whole rotating assembly but would like to save as much as I can.

Cheap does not equal reliability. Especially pushing 400hp with a 4.6 that has 200k on it.

General rule is reliable/cheap/power you can only have 2.

Haha, Yea man. So you say forged rotating assembly or what? There really doesn't seem to be much info on owners with f150 turbos

Go over the engine builders thread. There's like 3-4 builds going on right now. 3 I think are boosted 1 is twin turbo with a s/c
