Proper gear size for 33's?

Nah, I already have limited slip. Good enough for more. I think lockers are more for off road? The truck is mostly a street machine that occasionally tows and hits the trails.

With 33s go with 4.10s with 35s go with 4.56s.
Who tuned your truck, which mods? I had 38s and 4.56s and with a Eaton @ 12# I would spin them from a slow roll! Would roast them from a dig.
My 4X4 supercrew truck on 38s and 12# ran 14.5s in the 1320 with a 2.08 60'. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. I love lifted L swap trucks and getting every last ounce of safe power was always a fun challenge for me!! With more tuning, few more tricks and some weight lose(6800lbs) it would have been a 13sec sleeper.
The night I hurt the first motor was 42* outside. The truck was spinning on 1st 2nd and 3rd gear shifts. Scared the **** out of me, to the point of asking the track official if there was oil on the track.
BTW reason for the hurt motor was it not being tuned for ethanol fuel I didn't realize I had and the race fuel mix I was running had ethanol in it too which I also didn't know which cause me to change A/F and run lean burning a hole into #2 piston.

Complete Asshat
I wouldn't go that high if it's mostly a street truck. My brother is running 4.10's on 35's. And doing ~100km/h (60 mp/h in 'merica) down the highway, he's turning at like 2200 rpm. And that's in fourth. Yes the power is great, but your fuel economy sucks.
4.56's are pretty high for everyday use.

I haven't reall noticed a big difference in mileage. If the truck is tuned properly and the shift points in the transmission are setup correctly there should practially no mpg loss as it is reducing the load on the engine via gearing.

I call the bull**** on turning 2200 RPM's @ 60mph with 35's & 4.10's. I have done the math numerous times and there is no way in hell. I recently dumped my 3.73's for 4.10's. I'm on 33's and I'm only only turning 2300rpms @ 70mph.
