Another great thread. I will be getting my 03 Screw this spring and I am sure I will need to do this repair on the rockers. It is a MD truck which only sees winter usage, guy drives a sports car in the summer. I will be looking back here to review the the tasks and to post updated URL's for parts.

I'm in a similar boat, did you have to do inner and outer? What I am assuming is the inner (with plugs in it) is pretty rusty on mine.
