Geesh, sounds like yours is worse then mine. Great metal and fitment from both Fixmyrust and Raybucks. But, I haven't tried anyone else. Their prices are hard to beat as well.
I think I'll order the full rocker/cab corners, cowl hood, rear door skins from FixMyRust ($736)
Then the both bedsides and front doors from auto-bodyparts.com ($1082)
And...the top of the bedside by the cab...never seen that happen before

I wanted to do mine before they made a complete mess of everything.
I went ahead and tore into my donor truck to start taking the door apart. Panel, most connections, very simple. Door lock connections (2), hard, but doable. Had to take the three torx screws off the side door jamb to get at them. Removed the inside lock mechanism, easy. Trying to unplug those two connections in a very tight space, mind boggling. My next door will go much smoother.
