If you could get some good vinyl, go for it. Wait for a non windy day(holy cow, wind will make you get frustrated in about -3 seconds! Lol) a nice, warm day(not too hot(60-80°) good squeegee, if you can get your hands on a heat gun, it will be super nice...
Also, try to find either sheets, or a roll of tint, not a pre-cut deal, so you aren't having to be spot on, but you can stretch over it, then once it's tucked around, cut it.
