A few days ago, I did pull every single fuse, and checked them all. One 5amp fuse was bad, and I was so hopeful that was it, but I think it was just the cigarette lighter. I also bought a new relay, and switched the new one with every relay in sequence (including the ones under the hood)... didn't solve it. I'm really afraid it's the relay I've heard about which is buried in the instrument cluster. That would be a nightmare for me. In the meantime, I thought my biggest issue was not getting my usual breakfast and coffee from the drive-thru. But then I thought that getting pulled over would suck when I couldn't put a window down lol!.
Im at a loss right now.

I know the GEM module can affect the wipers and windows, don't think it does the park lights but I could be wrong.

My old 98 did this once in awhile. Took a battery disconnect to get working again. From what I recall, it was just the windows and door locks. You have to erase the KAM, so leave it disconnected for 15 minutes or so.
