to be honest man, i would replace your plugs and wires. my truck was acting totally stupid with that type of stuff like power loss and stuff, no engine codes. now its running like it should! and it was only like 80 bucks for everything, i have a 6-7 motorcraft spark plugs i could send you that i found after doing the plugs (dangit!)

Yah our trucks have 4, the two front ones are also called resonaters and there actually not that restrictive, the back two are the most restrictive so youll just want to take those out an replace with straight pipe. I did that and it really helped the flow in my exhaust, no cel and i even passed smog without the back two...and i live in ca!

What engine do you have? Im not positive on this but i heard 4.6s cel dont come on when you remove the rears but 5.4s do. Once again idk if thats true but I have a 4.6 and the cel didnt go on so i was good. If your close to smog check time wait but if not then you could cut em off n see if the light goes off, if it does just weld them back on or do that o2 sensor mod that a lot of people do on this forum

Still not right. With overdrive off and holding steady at high speed and high rpms I still feel hesitation and a little miss. What the hell.
Also I put a rubber tube on the egr valve to throttle body. Should get the plastic lined tube
