I want to install a silent type Cam Srpocket and Timing chain on my 4.6 but can't find one. Will 4.6 E150 Cam Sprockets and chain fit F150's 4.6?

I'm not sure w0lvez, but I don't think the factory cam sprocket is removable. At least the ones on my 5.4 were not. If you want to have a removable sprocket, you may have to buy an aftermarket cam and then the sprocket. What kind of problems are you having? Chain may be stretched or the guides & tensioners may be worn or broken. The guides breaking are very common on our engines.

No problems, I just want to make it very silent like E150's Engine. After reaching operating temp the only thing you can hear is air every time clutch engages.

Depends on the year.. The silent chain drive is actually a pain in the ***, it wears out quicker and it absolutely junk imo.
