Port and polish intake manifold and throttle body?
Is their any power to be gained from a port and polish job on the throttle body elbow and the intake manifold?

It can't hurt. I ported the elbow above the intake when I went to 75mm throttle body... Can't tell ya how much difference it made though. I went with a built motor, pi heads and intake, ported elbow, 75mm tb, aem cai, e-fan, and custom tuned at the same time.
