I routed the cord for my iPod to my head unit through there, and normally there's a can of Cope in there too. Sometimes I put my phone in there too, but I normally put that in a cup holder or something so I can see the screen and not have to fumble trying to get it out, I need one of them fancy holder things. Haha.

I have 1 and never use it.. Out of sight, out of mind.. and I have a center console so I toss everything in there or the 2 cup holders...

Yes. Its a direct fit replacement. We put one in my buddy's old 1999 that didnt have one. Junkyards are your friend.
