Default Oh yay, maybe engine time?

My 5.4 2v has seeping head gaskets, plugs are telling me the tale, also I know it's not the intake... Yay... I'm including the pic of the #7 plug I removed due to that cylinder misfiring and coil not fixing it.... So anyway I have 3 options.... For the options, and to make things maybe a little bit more fun, I'm gonna turn this into a poll.... So my situation is this, I don't know for sure how many miles are on this engine (was replaced with a used engine, current, with an est 80+k miles) but I would guess 200+k miles... Odo is showing over 310k. The trans has been fully rebuilt and a mild shift kit installed, more of a towing kit given I have a 23' Hurricane deck boat I pull from time to time, along with other things too... Since the rebuild, it hasn't had many miles put on it given my profession not leaving me much time to put miles on it.... transfer case was also freshened up when the transmission was rebuilt..... Moving on... Rear diff carrier has been replaced along with new carrier bearings, I tossed in a Eaton True Track. Now for the poll, opt a, will be the lowest cost, but the longevity will be questionable. Option b nothing fancy, but will be new... Option c will be the most expensive, but will get the most power...
Now why lean toward option c, well, I'd like to have more power to haul my boat and and other things. But will it be worth the additional cost? I'd really like to get some feedback here because I can go with either option a or b, and have a local guy open the computer tuning up more to get more power, but don't know how much more power, he deals with more Chevy's than anything.... Anyway, option c states that remapping will be required. This link I'm providing is purely for reference only, I have no ties or anything to the folks that own, ect ect ect. Check it out and see what y'all think... If it's against policy, then delete the link, just a good reference. Getting long winded... Again... https://precisionengine.com/ford-f-150/
That should take you to the 5.4 H.O. crate engine they offer..... Option b is Jasper... Shouldn't need to say anything there... Money is not a talking issue at this point, it is an issue, but right now I'm weighing the options. I'm gonna shut up now and go back to my movie..... Hopefully y'all will chime in on this.... Thanks in advance.

I want to say that Jasper uses a "factory Ford rebuilt engine" if you're saying not to go that route then I got to ask why?

Yep, mbb's add on.. option D

Stay away from Jasper. It may take 3 before you get a good one.

BS. They rebuild them, and not very well.... Unless they finally gave up on trying. That I wouldn't doubt.

I wanna say Jasper did their quote to me from Premier Power train? Don't know if they are Jasper, or what the case... To me that seems like option C might be the better route? If I could mod the poll, I'd add an opt D, but I don't see a way to mod it.....
