Home Depot, lowes, places like that have it.

it take a little bit to get it off it really doesn't just peel off.

bug and tar remover makes it melt like butter though. I know this cuz I got sap on my truck and used that to get it off and it took the plasti dip right off my fender flare

I put my plasti dip on a year ago... held up great

Home Depot has a Rustelioum Brand. Only Lowes has the Plasti-Dip. It's a Blue and Yellow Can. At least here in Indiana.

I didn't look at pic u said a rear drop type stick rim. I think that is mine too here is a pic of what I did to mine.
