Plasti dipped my rims

Plasti Dip is pretty cool stuff. I tried it on the upper portion of a Volvo I had, but the darn stuff was too "grabby" for my MicroFiber drying cloths, so I peeled it off (That's what's so neat about it!) and then shot it with John Deere Blitz Black...came out very nice!
I think they make the PD in clear, as well, which sounds like the ticket for cars in Snow or Sand country to be used as a protective "bra" that can just peel off when desired.
I'm considering coating a vintage acoustic guitar case with it because the paper "leather grain" is all peeling off (1920's Kalamazoo).
