I bought it on ebay from a place in california that does it. I paid $100 for the radio bezel and the pieces that go around the door switches. I wasnt paying attention when i got it and its for a crew cab so the door piece for the drivers side wont work. There is a place. Ear where I live that does this also i just havent checked with them to see how much it would cost do do the rest of the stuff. Also you can get pretty much any color or pattern done. Just google hydro dipping and there's tons of info on the process.

I think they do come out, but I just sprayed it with them in still. I taped off the little turn ***** on them and after I sprayed it once, I turned them to one side, sprayed, and turned it to the other side and sprayed.
