Default p1000 code, flashing light, and intermittent power

I got home tonight and as soon as I shut my truck off I lost all power. No headlights, dash lights, no off road light, no door lights, everything lost power. So I disconnected my battery and found that both my terminals were corroded so I cleaned those and reconnected the battery. At that point all my lights came back on and everything had power. So I scanned the truck for codes with my x3 and got a p1000 code, OBD failed to run test, or something like that. I tried to clear the code but it wouldn't go away. So I took it for a test drive. I had no CAL but I also didn't have my seat belt on and the seat belt light was NOT lit up. I don't know if that means anything. So I got home and shut the truck off and lost all power again this time I wiggled the negative connection and the door lights started flashing quickly but it was rhythmic not like a random flash. So I disconnected the battery and reconnected then I got all power back again. So this time I cranked the battery connection bolts down hard but the negative terminal still had play in it. Does this mean I need a new battery? The p1000 code is still there. When the truck did start I was reading the battery volt a little higher than usual. I also returned my truck to the stock tune and I will email MPT and see what they say. I also did a WOT run on the way home before the truck died the first time, I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not though

the wiring harness - as in all the wires that are bundled together run to a square that has a bolt on it, this connects the wires to the wires running to the EEC. It will most likely be on the passenger side.

Ok yeah I know what you are talking about now. Is this a ground bolt?

no, its a retainer bolt! if you dont have consistent signal, the EEC wont run. Since you played with everything else, my two solutions are to try that, if it doesnt work....head over to car-part.com and pick up an EEC from another vehicle and give it a try.

Isn't your computer unique to your truck or is that your ECM and PCM? I'll just go to the junk yard and get one, I would rather do that than order .
