All 3 of you were wrong in one way or another. It's over now, so back to being social. lol
Brazen....may I suggest you consolidate your posts a bit. You've made a lot of single posts. It's just easier if you put 2 or 3 questions in one thread. just my opinion.

Lol, you call that being abused. It's not just "this thread". You have over 20 threads going here and haven't so much as learned how to tie your shoes yet...why is that ? Do you research anything, I'm sure you know how to, there's not that much to it. There are stickies that cover just about everything your after posted at the top of the forum. They are there for you and others to take advantage of...capitalize on. The post where you mentioned you going to have to hire out an O2 rr because you don't know how to do it was lame. Do you want to learn ? Perhaps you should be asking how to wrench those things out...you think? Devote yourself to more research time before questioning some/most of what else is on your mind, you know , before hand. At the very least you'll get the terminology close enough for folks to know what your talking about. But yea, bailing on an 02 change, and coming across in a way that you don't even want to learn. What are you really doing here ? Get my point grasshopper, put some time into it. If you get stuck, then ask, at least make some kind effort to learn something on your own.....I mean basic basic, stickies are at the top.

Recently (to add to all the other things I'm doing to my truck) the P0430 inspired check light came on. I've watched many YT vids @ this stage. One said to remove the sensor and put in Sea Foam. Another, replace the cat. Yet another from a mechanic who said he's dealt with this on numerous vehicles said 99% of the time it's the intake manifold gasket. Others said it just the sensor. Is there some sort of methodical approach to this instead of bouncing the around from vid to vid? $ IS an issue and I would like to quell this one with one swing.
Pick one....and start eliminating
The pcm sees too much activity by the downstream O2, they are usually steady near .68, which. Is stoichiometric air/fuel. Upstream of cat fluctuates rapidly as pcm adjusts injector duration to maintain stoichiometry.
But lean or. Rich conditions, can cause the downstream O2 to shift too.
Its really not possible for o2 sensor to cause itself to shift the voltage out , except some intermittent poor connection. Its likely bad cat, or injector, or manifold leak.
A scan tool or app that graphs is a necessity to troubleshoot this.
Helpful tidbit....ignition issues dont cause downstream o2 to change. A working cat will still react the stoichiometric mix from a misfiring cyl. This is how you tell if a misfire is by fuel/air or spark problem. If its spark the downstream o2 is not affected.
