Body Lift Question

he's right, unless you changes tires, the only effect will be aerodynamically. By body lifting the truck, your exposing more of the front crossmember and frame makin the front of your truck like a wall tryin to push through the air at freeway speeds haha. Any reason for the body lift? if your lookin to place larger than 35 inch tires on your truck, for your balljoints and tierods sake i strongly recommend you dont. your gonna be in the shop every six months with death wobble and replacing pitman and idler arms

haha ight guys you talked me out of it .. i wasnt wantin to put bigger tires i just wanted to stop my tires from rubbin when i turn and am goin up an incline at the same time ...the rub noise is annoying but i'll deal with it .. thanks yall

it doesnt rub up front it rubs on the back part of the body not frame so i dunno if id hack that up cuz i have no idea whats on the other side.. i still might BL my truck but im stickin with the same tires.. i'll post up pics when i do it

im keepin the same wheels and tires i allready have i just dont want the rub.. and cut out flares wont stop the rubbin cuz it rubs behind where the fender flares attached.. 6 inchs of lift is plenty for me.. but i refuse to buy new wheels or tires .. cuz either one cost more than a BL
