Default Oil question

Own a 01 supercrew lariat 4x4 with 5.4. And when I pull my oil cap off it looks milky. But I checked my coolant bottle and no oil in there. I have drained my oil last month when I seen this and no coolant in the oil. It wasn't looking like a milk shake. So is it just condensation or some thing. My dipstick doesn't have that brown milky stuff either just the oil cap.

I only drive 5 miles to work and 5 miles back or less. So guess that could be it.

I use Quaker or O'reilly brand. Can't remember but it has slowed down my oil leak. Use to use 1 quart and I have used it once and I had to put in about half a quart this time. A
