Default Oh not again

-12 tonight on the drive home, truck started shaking weird, when I stopped at a light it was shaking still like it had a huge cam, it didn't necessarily want to go when the brake was applied but just say there kind of idling weird and shaking the whole truck, didn't stall at all, kept doing it the whole way home, felt it less in overdrive, it's similar to the shake I get when going up hill in a higher gear, nether the less it's still a problem, I'm thinking coils, maf, or tranny

I had a similar issue about a year ago and it turned out to be the MAF. I replaced it and everything was golden.

Had a really bad shaking problem recently in my 98 4.6 when accelerating and idle, turned out to be bad spark plug wires, I'd still recommend a throttle body clean up and clean maf sensor as I've seen they build up a lot of carbon in the throttle body.
