Bought it just for the cool sound but it's not there

You should've thrown it off a cliff.

A TB spacer won't do ****. The sound you are looking for might be found by adding an aftermarket intake to your truck though.

Oh wait I know. Just drill some holes straight down through the spacer. That might give you the sound you're looking for.
