No headlights

Default No headlights

truck runs great. everything checks out good, fuses and wiring. im thinking its the muliswitch Please help

We’re not there. What year truck and trim level? Does it have auto headlamps? That can muck things up at this age.

What happens with the switch being turned to parking lights and the on to headlight mode? I’d turn them on and check for current at the socket with a multimeter. If nothing, I’d check at the switch. I’ve replaced a MFS once, but it wasn’t the problem in my case.

Take those headlights out, still connected, lay them down on the bumper and wiggle those sockets. Over time, they warp just enough to where contact won’t be made any more. I had to replace one on my ‘03 a few years back. It looked the part, but wiggle it and “voila!”, headlight on. Splice in new socket and done.

The multiswitch (MFS) can NOT cause a "no headlights" problem.
