.. I love this forum. What exactly did I say that was stupid? My earlier comment was just me pointing out air isn't just made up of just oxygen and nitrogen. There is more too it that just that. Things like humidity in the air is the whole reason behind nitrogen filled tires.

U R correct sir. Air can contain a whole ____ load of water vapor. It is unbelievable how much water can fit inside a load of air. A good compressor has a water drier on it. But I doubt the compressor down at jolly time has one.!

Ok guys! I should have been more specific. I meant this in relation to our trucks and tires that size. I read about race teams, jets, and other high performance shenanigans needing them. Ive read the chemical make up and why the theory behind using n2 is sound. But i was just looking for guys with experience in using it in our size trucks. I know there will be no gain in mpgs and probably a loss because im going from d rated streets to E rated muds. I just wanted to know if using n2 would help them last longer along with regular rotations and not beating them to death offroad. I appreciate all the input!

Haha the only improvement on there with any solid backing is the tire life. All the articles i read thats the only one that has any solid backing. The rest is just minimal improvements

What helps longevity...is proper rotation and alignment...and proper air pressure at all times..
