Default New rims

Was looking at buying these rims for my truck for summer wheels can get them all 4 for $400 bucks brand new from a dealer. They aren't this color they are mate black and there gonna be 17's. My friend has tires that will fit on them I can have for free that have 50% left to them. Mainley want them for summer wheels.

Couple questions is I'm not good with wheels what is the bolt pattern and will 265/70/17 fit fine
